Our love of homemade jams started when a family friend gave us some fresh fruits from her family's orchard.  A box of fresh, seasonal and delicious plums, peaches and nectarines!  As a Chef, after all the pies and cobblers and not making a dent in the box, we decided to give making jam a try.  We are certainly glad we did!  Our jams are made seasonally so that the fruit is at its sweetest and we can use less sugar and let the fruit speak for its self.
