After graduating Culinary School, our Chef and CEO Sydney went to California State University Long Beach and majored in Nutrition.  She uses her knowledge of nutrition every day in every recipe.  She will not compromise her beliefs of nutrition to make a recipe for a higher profit margin.  She takes care of her clients as if they were family, so everyone can live a healthy and delicious life.
