After graduating Culinary School, our Chef and CEO Sydney went to California State University Long Beach and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She uses her knowledge of nutrition every day in every recipe. She will not compromise her beliefs of nutrition to make a recipe for a higher profit margin. She takes care of her clients as if they were family, so everyone can live a healthy and delicious life.

What We Use
HFCS is derived from corn and responds differently in our bodies than regular sugar, it can cause blood sugar levels to spike for longer periods of time

Bone Char Sugars
Artificial food dyes have been linked to behavioral issues in children, and many used here in the US are banned in the EU.
We make our own food dyes or buy ones without artificial dyes.
Bleach is added to flour in the drying process so it can get to market faster
Unbleached flour
Bone char is used to make sugar white, making it non vegan friendly.
Vegan Sugar
Hydrogenated Oils
These oils can clog arteries to the brain and heart due to the extra hydrogen molecules added to the oil
Avocado or Olive Oils
